I am a qualified therapeutic counsellor based in Liverpool, offering in-person and online and phone therapy.
I provide a calm, non-judgmental space where you can speak freely, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what’s going on for you.

Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes we need space to process our thoughts and emotions. People come to counselling for many different reasons, some may include:

Counselling is more than just talking—it’s a therapeutic space where you can feel truly heard, understood, and supported. It’s a chance to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment, helping you process experiences, break unhelpful patterns, and move forward with clarity.
Every person’s counselling journey is unique. My ambition is to truly listen to you and understand what you are going through. I offer a safe, confidential space where you can gain insight, express yourself freely, and develop self-compassion.
Opening up can feel vulnerable, but counselling allows you to strip back the layers, understand your emotions, and take control of your life. It’s about finding your voice, your strength, and your path forward—because the most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one with yourself.
Building a strong therapeutic relationship is essential, which is why I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation.
This gives you a chance to ask questions and see how comfortable you feel speaking with me. It also helps me understand your needs and how I can best support you.
Face-to-face sessions take place in my therapeutic office space in Liverpool, providing a safe, confidential, and private environment.

Session Fees
Counselling sessions start from £50.00 per session.
Availability:
Monday – Thursday: 11am – 7pm
Friday: 11am – 4pm
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Every person is unique — and so is my way of working. As a qualified therapeutic counsellor, I take an integrative counselling approach, which means I draw from a range of methods and modalities to best support your personal journey and mental health needs.
I combine techniques from:
Person-Centred Therapy – Offering a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard
Psychodynamic Therapy – Exploring how your early life experiences may influence your current thoughts, emotions, and behaviours
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – Helping you identify, challenge, and reframe unhelpful thoughts and patterns
Inner Child Work – Gently uncovering and healing emotional wounds from earlier life experiences
Each session is about you and what you would like to talk about, allowing for exploration of your experiences at your own pace. This flexible and personalised approach can support a wide range of mental health and emotional challenges — from anxiety and low self-esteem to relationship issues and trauma.
